  1. Boil 8-12 eggs in 4 cups of water.
  2. Remove eggs from boiling water and place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. (this helps them peel easier)
  3. Peel the eggs and rinse and dry with a paper towel.
  4. Slice eggs (long ways) and scoop out the yolk and place in a bowl
  5. Add mayo, salt, pepper, mustard and mix until smooth.
  6. Place mixture back into the egg and sprinkle with Paprika.
