Tomatillo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 1-2 lbs Seasoned Chicken Breast (Adobo, Salt & Pepper)
• 1 Cup cheese
• 10-12 Yellow Corn Tortillas
• 2 Cups Tomatillo Sauce
• 1/2 Cup chopped Tomatoes
• 1 can Tomato Sauce

Prep Time 20 Minutes Cook Time 45 Minutes Servings People Ingredients 1-2 lbs Seasoned Chicken Breast (Adobo, Salt & Pepper) 1 Cup cheese 10-12 Yellow Corn Tortillas 2 Cups Tomatillo Sauce 1/2 Cup chopped Tomatoes 1 can Tomato Sauce

Instructions

1. Boil the chicken breast. After, Shred chicken into pieces and place in pan with a small can of tomato sauce.
2. Prepare the casserole dish and spray with a non stick spray. Place one layer of corn tortillas and fill the bottom of the dish.
3. Layer the chicken on top of the tortillas, and the cheese on top of the chicken. Repeat the same process 1 more time starting with another layer of tortillas
4. Cover and Bake for 45 Minutes. Top with diced tomatoes and Enjoy!
