I received the Chevy Tahoe complimentary to test drive, however all opinions are my own.

Traveling can be so stressful, and now we need to worry about staying safe with traveling getting back to normal! I’ve been on a few different trips post Covid and I learned some great tips that worked for me while traveling by plane and by vehicle, so I thought I would share!

My first tip is to drive instead of fly if you can! It was less stressful taking a road trip than being in an airport and dealing with canceled flights and all the crowds! We had such a great experience exploring Michigan in the all new 2021 Chevy Tahoe! I really loved the comfort and all of the driving features that it comes with. And you can always count on Chevy to have the best Infotainment and connections for all your devices.

My next tip is to travel as light at possible. I know we probably always try to keep it small, but if you are traveling on a flight, then having a carry-on is the way to go! You are saving on time and you are also preventing your luggage from passing through so many hands! I try to plan outfits that I can mix and match or take items like rompers and dresses that are easier to pack and fun to wear!

Here are my go-to travel beauty items that I take with me on every trip!

When traveling with kids, making sure everyone is staying safe is even more important then ever. So here are some of the smaller items that you can keep on hand for everyone! Travel Anti Bacterial Wipes, Hand Sanitizer, Extra Masks. Its also a good idea to know if any restrictions are in place to the destination that you are traveling to. This can help you be more prepared!

It’s also best to look for an airbnb or resort instead of staying in a busy hotel with large crowds. There are so many great places to experience and having your own place can be great! We recently traveled to a resort in the Texas Hill Country and it was such a great get away! We stayed in the Palm Villas at Horseshoe Bay Resort, it was so convenient to have everything on the resort easily accessible such as pools, spa, mini golf, jet ski’s, and restaurants.

A few more tips to help you while traveling, I found some great accessories that made our trip so much easier! Make sure you have a portable travel charger for your electronics, I found this light and compact charger that works perfectly!
