Instructions
  1. Bake Immaculate Baking Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough as directed on the box. Instead of making small scoops, spread the cookie dough across a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper so it will be easy to remove from pan.
  2. Melt Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Once the cookies are cooled off, spread the mixture over the cookies. Place in refrigerator for 20 min to harden.
  3. Mix Cool Whip, Softened Cream cheese and Powdered Sugar in a bowl, once the chocolate/peanut butter mix hardens spread fluff topping on top. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips! ~decorate with melted red or green chocolate for decoration (optional)
