We can all agree that we are living in a different & unstable time since the COVID-19 Pandemic! Most of us are staying in, working from home, wearing gloves, masks and taking extra precautions. But there are some that are still out there in the middle of all the chaos. Our front-line workers, essential workers and also our Farmworkers!

This past Cinco de Mayo, there was event held help raise funds for the Farmworkers COVID-19 Pandemic Relief Fund. Altisimo LIVE was the ultimate Livestream Latin Music and Pop Culture Festival in support of our Farmworkers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Our fearless frontline workers are making sure our families have the fruit and vegetables that we need. But they are the hardest hit due to their demographics and lack of resources.

The event itself was absolutely amazing, hosted by the talented Enrique Santos with special guests such as Eva Longoria and Kate Del Castillo. So far 370K has been raised to help Farmworkers directly. And you can still donate throughout the month of May! Check out highlights from the Altisimo LIVE event full of performances and interviews in support of our Farmworkers!

I had the exciting opportunity to interview Latin Music Artist Luis Fonsi and ask him about  about the importance of helping farmworkers, being in quarantine to the success of his big hit Despacito!

You can still support this cause that is sponsored by Altisimo Live, MujerxRising, iheart Latino and Be HIP Give.
