Having a holiday party can be stressful but with a quick recipe like this one you can relieve some of that stress and have a delicious meal for your guests! I wanted to put together a dish that I don’t make all the time, so I spiced my Baked Chicken recipe with Stella Black Pepper Romano Cheese! Stella brand cheeses have been around since 1923 and you can taste the fine quality in every bite, that’s why I made sure to use one of my favorite Stella Romano Cheese.

- 3 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Egg With Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 c Stella Black Pepper Romano Cheese
- 2 c Italian Bread Crumbs

- Mix 1 Egg with salt and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl shred 2 cups of Stella Black Pepper Romano Cheese and in a separate bowl placed bread crumbs (Italian flavored works great) Place your chicken breast in the egg to cover completely for about 2 minutes, then place chicken breast in to the shredded cheese, allow cheese to stick, then place in bread crumbs and make sure the entire chicken breast is covered.
- Spray a glass baking dish with Pam Cooking Spray (with Olive Oil) Preheat oven to 350 , cover with foil and bake for 35 min.
This is such a perfect recipe to have with any side, we like rice or pasta but even over salad it’s a win/win! Pair it with your favorite glass of wine and your Holiday Party will be one to remember!
